A small intimate wedding allows you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day and connect with those people who mean the most to you.

The planning process is much easier, your wedding can reflect more of your personality and taste, and the cost is much lower.

Our micro weddings are unique, relaxed, organized and as the bride and groom, you just show up and enjoy your day.

Small intimate weddings and elopements are what we do best.  Our historic property built in 1804 is the perfect place to host your special day.

We have a beautiful landscaped property near Harpers Ferry WV and we are walking distance to the Potomac River, the Appalachian Trail and the C and O Canal. We have options to choose from for your ceremony and or reception.

We will plan all the details, coordinate the ceremony, and we have tried and true vendors we love. We can plan your wedding in a few weeks, a few months or next year. Start your lifetime adventure with us!

(Small intimate gatherings can also be birthday parties, anniversaries, vow renewal’s or any event to celebrate).

Micro Wedding $5700.00-$6700.00

Venue rental includes:

  • Use of the property for a total of 8 hours
  • Ceremony site; benches, arch and wine barrels
  • Beautiful wood farm tables and chairs
  • Decor / directional signs / furntiture
  • Help with wedding site design
  • Help with coordination
  • Officiant/personalized ceremony script/filing marriage license
  • Choice of ceremony locations
  • Setup, tear down of chairs and tables
  • Lounge area with furniture/rugs
  • Fire pits/tiki torches
  • Parking
  • Lawn games
  • Vendor list/planning checklists
  • We have vendors we work with and if you would like us to provide full service, price will be quoted at planning meeting.
  • There are many hotels and B and B’s in the area if you are intersted please ask for a list.

A 50% non refundable deposit is due at time of booking. 

Micro Weddings for 45 guests $7200.00

  •  Barn, springhouse studio for hair and makeup, changing suites, porches to relax
  •  Help with planning/day of coordination, officiant, personalized ceremony script, marriage license filing
  • Lounge area furniture, signs, welcome mirror, decor
  • Fire pits/tiki torches
  • Use of Bluetooth sound system
  • Beautiful farm tables/ chairs for reception/ benches/arch for ceremony
  • All set up/tear down of tables/chairs/lounge area
  • Venue for 10 hours (2 hours for set up, 1 hour for tear down included in the 10 hour window

       *Event insurance required, ABC license required through caterer, trailered restrooms and shuttles required for guest count over 32.

 All Inclusive Mini Micro Wedding For 10 $6700.00-$8000.00

This package includes: Up to 10 guests including bride and groom, barn, springhouse studio for hair and makeup, changing suites, porches to relax, planning, coordination, officiant, personalized ceremony script, marriage license filing, beautiful farm tables and benches/chairs for ceremony and reception, set up/tear down, venue for 8 hours (2 hours for set up, 1 hour for tear down included in the 8 hour window), bridal bouquet, groom boutonniere, florals for; tables, wine barrels, arch, design and installation for florals, cake, charcuterie board, water, coffee, tea, plates, glasses, utensils, parking, firepits, and The Wedding Niche décor inventory. 

*The Wedding Niche chooses the florals, design, and all the vendors, this does not include photography, bartender or alcohol.

 Platinum Package All Inclusive Mini Micro Wedding For 20 $11,200.00-13,000.00

This package includes: Up to 20 guests including bride and groom, barn, springhouse studio for hair and makeup, changing suites, porches to relax, planning, coordination, officiant, personalized ceremony script, marriage license filing, photographer for 4 hours, beautiful farm tables and benches/chairs for ceremony and reception, set up/tear down, venue for 8 hours (2 hours for set up, 1 hour for tear down included in the 8 hour window), bridal bouquet, groom boutonniere, florals for; tables, wine barrels, arch, design and installation for florals, cake, assorted bite sized baked goods, charcuterie grazing table with local artisan breads, specialized bartender, barware, water, coffee, tea, plates, glasses, utensils, parking, firepits, and The Wedding Niche décor inventory. 

*The Wedding Niche chooses the florals, design, and all the vendors, this does not include alcohol and event insurance is required.

Wedding and Event Planning/Management Off Site $2500.00

  • Day of Coordination (10 hours)
  • Access to Wedding Vendors, Checklists and Planning Tools
  • Planning Progress Meeting & Venue Visit (2 months out)
  • Review Signed Contracts and Confirm Vendor Logistics
  • Create and Management of Event Timeline (1 month out)
  • Meet Venue Coordinator & Other Vendors (1 month out)
  • Manage Wedding Day Schedule
  • Final Walk-Through with Venue
  • Event Day Management and Oversight
  • Overseeing Delivery & Setup of all Personal Items
  • Creation of a Floor Plan for the Wedding Reception
  • Manage Delivery and Setup of all Wedding Day Vendors
  • Coordination of Rehearsal, Ceremony & Reception

Hourly Wedding Planning/Coordinating and Event Consultations

$125.00 an hour or 4 sessions for $450.00 (this does not include travel time)
