• Our venue is specifically designed for small intimate weddings up to 65 guests (45 in the barn and up to 65 with a tent). You will not feel like the space is too large.

• This is a historic property dating back 250 years with mature trees, beautiful backdrops, woods, rock walls and a manor house.
• The owner is a wedding planner and whether you rent the venue or choose an all inclusive wedding, Lisa is always there to help and guide you.
• We are one of the few venues that offer all inclusive weddings with full planning and everything you need, including all decor. 
• We do not charge you extra for rentals, with all of our weddings we provide; tables, chairs, decor, ceremony site benches, arches, sound system, day of coordination, hair and makeup studio, bar, changing suites, signs, firepits, rugs, lounge furniture, lawn games and overseeing of your entire wedding day.
• We offer interest free financing.
• We are walking distance to the Potomac River, Appalachian Trail and C and O Canal. Most of our couples take photos at the river during cocktail hour.
